This small space went from meh to wow with the help of Villa Landscapes. The homeowner needed new steps from the back door to the back yard as well as a multi-function patio and pathway that leads to the garage.

Designers created a seat wall/planter with columns that the homeowner could use as a planter and a spot for potted plants on the end columns. The designer used VERSA-LOK retaining wall units in Bronze Blend for the stair foundation, seat wall and columns.

Brownstone column caps and Black bullnose stair treads with undercap lighting add color contrast and a warm ambience in the evening.

Willow Creek Cobblestone pavers in the 4-piece random pattern were chosen in Lakeshore Blend for the patio and stair landings and enhanced with a course of black pavers. The splashes of bright blue in the pottery, window planter and flowers are a great choice to set off the hardscapes.
