A simply beautiful outdoor living space

This home was new construction and had an open, sunny backyard. The homeowner wanted to create a more intimate outdoor living space as well as have a measure of shads.

With areas for lounging, dining and cooking, this solution is almost the perfect backyard. Villa Landscapes helped the homeowner create am outdoor living space that packs a lot of punch! Pavers, a pergola, natural stone, a raised patio, a bar/grill island, planters and poured concrete make this space a winner.

Because the home was new construction, it had a small poured concrete patio that posed a design challenge for Villa designer Lonny Sekeres. Rather than removing the concrete slab, he worked with the configuration and the spot made a great space to put the outdoor grill island, and the paver carpet inserts look perfect with the concrete, patio surface, and natural stone steppers.
