Landscapes charge a fee for an initial consultation?
A: No. Your initial consultation will include one of
Villa’s experienced designers meeting with you at
your site. The designer will listen to your ideas,
review your needs and assess the site. Together, you
and your designer will discuss a solution and cost
estimates.
Q: When are design fees charged?
A: If your solution is complex and requires a
detailed plan, the designer will quote a design fee.
This fee may be partially or fully credited
toward installation, depending on the scope of the project.
Q: Does Villa Landscapes guarantee their work?
A: Yes. Villa Landscapes offers a comprehensive
2-year labor and material warranty on all hardscape
work installed by Villa. Trees and shrubs are
guaranteed for the current growing season with a
one-time replacement. Sod, annuals, perennials and
ground covers are not guaranteed.
